However, you can get more objective, more in-depth feedback from other measuring tools.Here&amp;#39;s an easy way to do it at home: Be mindful of how your clothes are fitting. I also plan on opening a few more time slots at both our Fort Walton and Destin locations in the near future. Also very soon we will have an awesome Yoga Instructor come in 1 day a week so we can really get a good stretch and loosen our bodies up from all of our intense training.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462301"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462302"&gt;I want to be able to help, inspire, and improve many, many more peoples lives.&amp;#160; If you haven't noticed I am severely passionate about people improving their bodies and their overall life.&amp;#160; Passionate about trying to show you you are capable of doing so much more than you currently are.&amp;#160; Passionate about proving to you that you deserve more, you can have more and you can be SOOOO much more.&amp;#160; I want to teach you and the world to believe in themselves and get the most of out your time, your life and your body.&amp;#160; Because its true, you can, and you will, because I know its possible. We will have only effective, exciting, fun necessary equipment that will deliver quick results and be fun.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462305"&gt;Heres a quick list of some of my gym ideas so far:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462306"&gt;-I want to have a Before and After wall .&amp;#160; Photos of the successful clients, the way they looked before to now. This is such a huge motivator and I encourage everyone to take pictures of themselves on a regular basis.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462307"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462308"&gt;-I want to have a goal wall, where everyone shares there goals and why they’re here to inspire others and so our tribe can help understand, support and hold one another accountable.&amp;#160; Which will lead to even more results.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462309"&gt;-The atmosphere is going to be a positive one, I’m always happy to see your face and I know most of the things outside these doors in your daily life may not be so fun, or positive.&amp;#160; So when you come into My doors you will always feel welcomed and loved and appreciated.&amp;#160; So it will be your home away from home. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462310"&gt;- We will always have good upbeat music playing.&amp;#160;( unless Pandora radio throws something crazy in the mix, like we get now from time to time :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462311"&gt;- As always I will be early to answer any questions that you may have about ANYTHING!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462312"&gt;-As for equipment squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, cardio rowers, pullup RIG jungle gym, one hanging from ceiling, benches, gymnastic rings, Prowlers (sleds), tires with hammers, climbing ropes, Combat ropes, ab wheels, kettle bells, Plyo boxes, slam balls, jump ropes, Boxing bags. That’s just to start out.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24462313"&gt;&lt;b&gt;-&lt;font color="#ffffff"&gt; And to get there the business will need to have about 55 quality, committed, motivated clients like YOU.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; So if you’re just as excited about getting this going as I am,&amp;#160; You can help by bringing your friends and coworkers on board, because the sooner we hit 55 the sooner we will be LAUNCHING the Destin Fitness Boot Camps Facility . For example if you drink 1 can of soda every day with your lunch, exchange that for water. Just that one simple change added up over 1 year will result in a 16 pound difference. These are simple conscious actions that you can take throughout each day to make a difference in the long term. A great habit is to just drink water all day long instead of any other beverages. This single habit alone can cause heaps of weight loss from skipping the extra calories in soda, fruit juices and whatever else you may drink. Slap onto that another important benefit of extra hydration from increased water consumption. How about switching to skim milk instead of 2%, while that may not be for everyone, it's just an idea of how simple taking away a few calories here and there can be. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-4209298"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-4209299"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Take 1 year, and week by week, improve upon your current habits with nutrition or physical activity. Why is it that fitness-resolution seekers seem to drop like flies onto flypaper, never to see their goal come to fruition? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213466"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213467"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213468"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213469"&gt;Let's dive into a plan that will help you last with your fitness resolution past Valentine's Day, and give you a fighting chance to stick with it to the end of the year and beyond. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213470"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213471"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213472"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213473"&gt;Okay it's January 1st, you set your resolution, you want to lose 20 pounds, now what? Do you just wake up each day hoping your weight will just go away – vanish – wham it's gone. Or do you take action toward your fitness resolution knowing that it will require effort and discipline – for both nutrition and exercise. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213474"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213475"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213476"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213477"&gt;Just setting a fitness resolution one time will not do anything for you, it's not a quick fix. If all you do is set it, maybe you even write it down, but then file it away in a drawer never to be seen again - that's a fitness wish, not a goal. A goal is something you take action toward – consistently - every day – keeping the positive outcome on the top of your mind. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213478"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213479"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213480"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213481"&gt;Taking action doesn't mean going a total 180, going from pathetic to perfect for a week then giving up because your burned out. It means making smaller changes, 1 at a time. Making gradual and permanent changes that you will maintain forever. Here's a quick example: Are you familiar with the Chinese language? Did you know there are over 2,000 Chinese characters used in writing? What if I was to say you have to learn to write and speak Chinese and I want it done by next week. That's the same as losing 50 or 100 pounds by next week, then quitting if you don't reach that goal because of discouragement. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213488"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213489"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213490"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213491"&gt;Take that same scenario, learn one Chinese character a day for 6 days, then review them all on the 7th. Repeat that pattern each week until you learn the language. While it would certainly take longer you would surely get it done. Apply that to fitness and you'll see that even if you lose just &amp;#189; pound each week, you would still lose 26 pounds in a year. It's all about consistency and staying on track for the long haul. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213492"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213493"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213494"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-12213495"&gt;As you go through the year you're sure to get discouraged, no matter how motivated you were when you started. Here's another tip - don't do it on your own. Have a positive support system. In a study of beginning exercisers when people were held accountable they were 20 times more likely to stick with their fitness plan 6 months down the road.
