1.You’re inconsistent- You are inconsistent because you don’t have someone holding you accountable. Its easy to say “I’m tired, I will go tomorrow, I'll start next Monday(this is one of the biggest fitness excuses ever)” when noone is holding you accountable. When you have a trainer you have a time you HAVE to show up so it will give you the LITTLE kick in the ass needed to get yourself out of bed when that alarm goes off at 5am or into the gym after work.
2. You’re not getting results- If you’ve been working out and you’re not getting any results its because lack of variation, intensity and/or your nutrition. I see the same people in the gym today that I have seen 2 years ago, and guess what they look exactly the same as they did 2 years ago, why? Because they are doing the same old boring routine as always with no variety and not nearly intense enough as they should. How do you know if you are working out intense enough you ask, after your done you should be completely drained, sweating and you might even just lay on the gym floor for awhile after your done.
3. You don’t know what or how to eat- Being that nutrition is where 80% of your results come from, don’t you think you should learn how to master that skill???? Working with an amazing trainer with proven track record will fix up your nutritional faults and maximize your results. Nutrition is key. Eat like crap, look like crap. Eat flawless, look flawless. 8. You lack motivation- Most people lack the motivation to get in the gym. Like I said previously, when you have an appointment and you know you have to eat right, do cardio in between or else you get punished, you will have motivation to get it done. Fear is the best motivator. “I better get my cardio in today because if Jason asks and I didn’t I’m going to get killed.” This falls into the accountability factor as well.
9. You don’t have time- First off, this is BS. You have time, you’re just not making it. But working with a trainer gives you a scheduled specific time to plan ahead and plan around so there’s no excuse to miss a workout. If you’re paying for it and have some skin in the game, you will show up.
